- Your order will usually ship with 2-3 business days after the time your order is placed on our website. Please allow processing times of 5-7 business days with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. No cancellations or modifications are allowed on your order once a confirmation email has been sent out. If your order does not ship within the time frame, customer service will notify you via email explaining the delay.
- Upon delivery, you have a 48-hour window to notify us of any product errors. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDIT GIVEN ON SHIPPED PRODUCTS DUE TO THE PRODUCTS BEING CONSIDERED FOOD.

- Due to the sanitary aspect of our products, we do not accept returns. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please write us using the contact form so that we may best solve the issue.

- We encourage our customers to contact us via email as it relates to any issue, concern, and or questions they may have. Once we have received your email, we strive to respond within 24 to 48 hours.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
- Our products have a shelf life of six months to a year.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
- You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. In your Shipping Confirmation email, you'll receive a link to your tracking information. From there, you can monitor the shipment’s progress until the package is delivered to your door. The local carrier will be provided with the details of your tracking information. Always make sure that your email and all other information are entered correctly.
